PAUL ERYK ATLAS

Paul graduated in 2014 with a First Class Honours Degree in Musical Theatre from New College Lanarkshire, validated by Northumbria University. During this time, Paul was lucky enough to be put forward for tuition in Merce Cunningham Contemporary Dance Technique and Ballet at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures workshops. Paul continues dance training in Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Tap.He has received one on one Estill Vocal Training with Gillian McLaren Scott and has workshopped with the British Voice Associations Gillyanne Kayes & Jeremy Fisher and also with Donna Soto-Morettini , vocal coach on the BBC television series “Superstar” and “How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?" Always keen to improve and work within many creative disciplines, Paul joined with Australian filmmaker Chris Nelms as well as Tony Kernan on a collaborative film called “Bleed” whereby he choreographed and danced with fellow NCLAN Musical Theatre student Fiona Donald. Since finishing a tour with Scottish Opera in Winter 2014 (Rossini's "La Cenerentola") Paul continued to develop his performance and creative skill set in England as a lead male vocalist and performer for Warner Leisure, and now finds himself cast as Heathcliff, one of the most enduring and enigmatic literary heroes of all time.
